Paid services are subject to a separate written proposal, quotation, order form, statement of work, service agreement or other written contract.

If there is any conflict between these website terms and a separate signed client agreement, the separate client agreement will take priority for the services covered by it.

You may use this website only for lawful purposes.

You must not:

  • Use the website in a way that breaks any applicable law or regulation

  • Submit false, misleading, abusive or fraudulent information

  • The website will be compatible with every device, browser or operating system

We may suspend, withdraw, restrict or change all or part of the website without notice where reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, updates or business reasons.

5. Website Information

The information on this website is provided for general business information only.

Although we aim to keep it useful and accurate, website content may not be complete, current or suitable for every business.

Nothing on this website should be treated as:

  • Legal advice

  • Tax advice

  • Financial advice

  • Accounting advice

  • A guarantee of search rankings

  • A guarantee of leads, sales, revenue or business growth

  • A binding quotation or service commitment

You should obtain appropriate professional advice where required.

6. Free Digital Review

Our Free Digital Review is an initial review of publicly available information.

It may include observations relating to:

  • Website layout and mobile usability

  • Messaging and calls to action

  • Public trust signals

  • Google visibility

  • Google Business Profile information

  • Obvious online opportunities or issues

  • Practical next steps

The Free Digital Review:

  • Is based on information available publicly and information you provide

  • Does not require private account access or passwords

  • Is not a full technical audit

  • Is not a complete keyword strategy

  • Is not a full competitor analysis

  • Is not a guarantee of improved rankings, traffic, enquiries or sales

  • Does not create an ongoing client relationship

  • Does not require us to provide paid work afterwards

We decide the scope, format and level of detail of each Free Digital Review.

We may decline or stop a review where information is insufficient, the request appears abusive or misleading, there is a conflict of interest, or the business is not suitable for the service.

7. Enquiries and Communications

Submitting a form or sending us a message does not create a contract.

A contract for paid work is formed only when:

  • The scope and price have been agreed in writing

  • Any required agreement, proposal or order has been accepted

  • Any required deposit or initial payment has been received

  • We have confirmed that work will begin

We may contact you using the details you provide in order to respond to your enquiry, complete a requested review, discuss possible services or manage an existing business relationship.

Marketing communications are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

8. Quotations and Proposals

Any quotation, proposal, estimate or recommended plan is valid only for the period stated in that document.

If no validity period is stated, it will normally remain open for 30 calendar days.

Prices may change if:

  • The scope changes

  • New requirements are introduced

  • Information originally supplied was incomplete or inaccurate

  • Third-party costs change

  • Additional work is requested

  • Unexpected technical issues are discovered

A quotation or proposal does not guarantee availability until the work has been formally accepted and scheduled.

9. Paid Services

The exact services, deliverables, timescales, fees and responsibilities for paid work will be set out separately in writing.

Paid services may include:

  • Website design or improvement

  • Local SEO and Google visibility work

  • Google Business Profile support

  • Tracking and analytics setup

  • Content and social-media support

  • Advertising setup or management

  • Ongoing digital growth support

  • Reporting, monitoring or consultancy

Unless agreed otherwise in writing:

  • The client remains responsible for approving content, claims, prices and business information

  • The client owns and controls its business accounts

  • Direct Digital Growth should be added using appropriate collaborator or user permissions

  • Clients should not send passwords through website forms or ordinary email

  • Third-party platform fees are separate from our service fees

  • Results depend on factors outside our control

Where paid services are agreed, the client may be required to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information

  • Supply content, images, branding and approvals on time

  • Provide appropriate collaborator or user access

  • Respond to reasonable questions and requests

  • Review and approve work within agreed timescales

  • Ensure that business claims, offers and content are lawful and accurate

  • Obtain permissions for any content, photographs, logos or data supplied

  • Email providers

  • Payment providers

  • Domain and hosting providers

Third-party services are governed by their own terms, policies, prices and technical rules.

We are not responsible for:

  • Third-party outages

  • Platform changes

  • Account suspensions or restrictions imposed by a provider

  • Changes to algorithms, rankings, advertising rules or platform features

  • Third-party price increases

  • Losses caused by a third-party platform outside our reasonable control

We may recommend third-party tools, but the final decision to use them remains yours.

12. Search, Advertising and Business Results

Digital marketing performance can vary.

We do not guarantee:

  • A particular Google ranking

  • A specific number of website visitors

  • A specific number of leads, enquiries, bookings or sales

  • A particular advertising return

  • Approval of advertising accounts or campaigns

  • Continued access to any third-party platform

  • That every recommendation will be suitable forever

Any forecasts, examples or projections are estimates only unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

You give us permission to use supplied material where reasonably necessary to respond to your enquiry, complete a requested review or provide agreed services.

Any wider use, including a public case study, testimonial or portfolio feature, will require appropriate permission.

15. Links to Other Websites

Our website may include links to third-party websites, social-media profiles or external resources.

19. Indemnity

If we do not immediately enforce a right under these terms, that does not mean we have waived it.
